Introduction
Best Practice Briefs are summaries of selected practices from around the world designed to provide an overview of how cities, people and their communities are solving critical social, economic and environmental problems. These briefs, selected from more than 2000 practices and 160 countries illustrate how the Habitat Agenda, Agenda 21 and the Millennium Development Goals are being implemented.
